When Nintendo first showed off the Wii U’s black color scheme at E3, a lot of people guessed that it might be available in multiple colors at launch. Unfortunately, Nintendo was only able to confirm that a white model was planned for day one – but now it looks like they might be ready to announce the black one alongside it.
A recent statement about Wii U hype plans revealed that the system’s color options and the stuff you can expect to find in the box (in terms of controllers, games, and so on) will both be announced at the same time as the price and release date later this fall.
